Using Our Webshop

  • Order processing/delivery lead times now are up to 3-4 days - we will contact you once the order is placed and payment made and notify you of the expected delivery date.
  • We charge the following delivery charges (to all customers) depending on the order value and the delivery address - PLEASE ENTER THE COUNTY INTO THE COUNTY BOX FOR US TO CALCULATE THE CORRECT CHARGE - EVEN IF YOU LIVE IN DUBLIN CITY PLEASE PUT DUBLIN INTO THE COUNTY BOX. We also reserve the right to charge delivery charges for items of exceptional size or weight and will inform you when we review your order. If no charge is applied to the order you place online we reserve the right to add a delivery charge after we review the order - we will notify you of this before processing the order any further.
    • Zone 1 Blue - €15 (inc vat) delivery charge for orders under €150 Dublin City & County
    • Zone 2 Yellow - €30 (inc vat) delivery charge for orders under €300 Counties Kildare, Louth, Meath & Wicklow
    • Zone 3 Green - €45 (inc vat) delivery charge for orders under €450 Counties Antrim, Armagh, Carlow, Cavan, Clare, Cork, Derry, Donegal, Down, Fermanagh, Galway, Kerry, Kilkenny, , Laois, Leitrim, Limerick, Longford, Mayo, Monaghan, Offaly, Roscommon, Sligo, Tipperary, Tyrone, Waterford, Westmeath, Wexford
  • AT THE MOMENT CLICK AND COLLECT IS UNAVAILABLE TO CUSTOMERS DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS (For click and collect please type Collect into the reference box of the delivery details page - this will set the delivery charge to 0. If placing a click and collect order, please wait for us to contact you with expected ready time and details of how to collect.)
  • If you need to add to your existing sales order please type the full sales order number (e.g. SO-012345) into the Reference: box at the bottom of the Delivery Details page. This will reduce the delivery charge to zero
  • If you do know or cant remember your account login and password contact (the default user name and password is normally set to your account code - usually on the top left hand side of any recent invoice)
  • All prices are displayed excluding VAT until you view your cart where you can see the VAT inclusive prices also. Customers with different price bands must request a password from
  • Webshop updates: this webshop is part of our database so is up to date in real-time - if you come into the office and place an order or make a payment and check your account online you will be able to see the transaction straight away
  • Order Confirmation: at any given time, we have 4,000 different items in stock within a database of 21,000 items so having 100% accurate stock online can be difficult to achieve. We will confirm orders placed as soon as our pickers have assembled the order and we apologise for any of your time we waste by having inaccurate stock online
  • Product Pictures: it is our goal to have a picture for each product displayed on our webshop and in time to have date stamped pictures taken throughout the season so you can see how the products look at different stages of the year. We are trying to reach 100% product pictures and are working hard to do this - if you need a product picture to help decide on your purchase please email us the product code and name to and one of our sales/support team will respond as quickly as possible.
  • Last statement and previous invoice available in real-time.
  • For Garden centre and DIY customers we will be launching our account customer only webshop in April 2020!
